Crafting & dispatch

After payment, your artisan begins work. Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks, as shown on product pages. Dispatch dates shown at checkout are estimates based on when you order. You will receive an email when your parcel ships.

Shipping rates

Standard international shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no extra cost. Remote destinations, oversized items, or express requests may incur additional fees quoted before payment.

Delivery times

After dispatch, standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Express options may be available at checkout for select destinations. Customs processing in your country is outside our control and may add time.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless stated otherwise.

Tracking & lost parcels

Tracked shipping is provided where available. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate before considering a replacement or refund.

We currently fulfil to Tanzania, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, EU member states, and many more. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us and we will confirm availability.
