Natural variation

Hand-dyed fabrics, hand-beaded jewellery, carved wood, and woven textiles will vary slightly in colour, pattern, size, and finish. These differences reflect the human hands that made your piece and are not considered defects.

Colour & photography

We photograph pieces in natural light where possible, but screen settings may cause colours to appear slightly different from the physical item. Natural dyes may mellow gently over time — this is expected and part of the material's character.

Sizing

Size guides are approximate. Handmade footwear and apparel may fit differently from mass-produced brands. If you are between sizes, note your measurements in the customer note field and our team will advise before crafting begins.

Materials & sourcing

Artisans source leather, beads, dyes, fibres, and wood locally. Minor marks, grain patterns, or texture differences are inherent to natural materials and traditional techniques. We list primary materials on each product page.

Care & longevity

Handmade goods reward gentle care. Follow aftercare guidance on product pages. Improper storage, harsh chemicals, or machine washing where hand-wash is specified may affect appearance and are not covered under our returns policy.
